3. Eligibility and Registration

Age Requirements

You must be at least 16 years of age to use our services. Participants under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

Account Information

When registering for our services, you agree to:

4. Course Enrollment and Payment

Course Enrollment

Course enrollment is subject to availability and our acceptance of your application. We reserve the right to refuse enrollment at our discretion.

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due in full at the time of enrollment unless other arrangements are made
  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable taxes
  • Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or other accepted methods
  • Late payment may result in suspension of services

Refund Policy

  • Full refund available if canceled 14 days before course start date
  • 50% refund available if canceled 7-13 days before start date
  • No refund for cancellations less than 7 days before start date
  • Refunds for medical emergencies considered on a case-by-case basis
  • Course transfers to future dates may be permitted with advance notice

5. Attendance and Participation

Attendance Requirements

Regular attendance is essential for course effectiveness. We require:

  • Attendance at all scheduled sessions
  • Punctuality and preparation for classes
  • Active participation in exercises and discussions
  • Completion of assigned practice work

Make-up Sessions

Make-up sessions may be available for excused absences, subject to instructor availability and course format limitations.

6. Code of Conduct

All participants must:

  • Treat instructors and fellow participants with respect
  • Maintain confidentiality of personal information shared in sessions
  • Arrive prepared and ready to participate
  • Use appropriate language and behavior
  • Respect different perspectives and learning styles
  • Follow all safety guidelines and instructions

Violation of our code of conduct may result in removal from the program without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

Our Content

All course materials, including but not limited to presentations, handouts, videos, and methodologies, are the intellectual property of DigiUshutt and are protected by copyright and other laws.

Usage Rights

Participants may:

  • Use materials for personal learning and development
  • Apply techniques learned in their professional practice

Participants may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or sell course materials
  • Use our materials to create competing training programs
  • Share digital access credentials with others
  • Record or broadcast sessions without written permission

8. Privacy and Confidentiality

We are committed to protecting your privacy as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Additionally:

  • Personal information shared in group sessions should be kept confidential
  • Video recordings of practice sessions are for educational purposes only
  • We may use anonymized success stories and testimonials for marketing
  • Explicit consent will be obtained for any identified case studies

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • DigiUshutt's liability is limited to the amount paid for services
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We do not guarantee specific career outcomes or results
  • Participants are responsible for their own professional decisions
  • Our services are educational and not professional advice

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters or extreme weather
  • Government restrictions or public health emergencies
  • Technical failures or internet outages
  • Labor disputes or strikes

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide alternative delivery methods.

11. Modifications to Services and Terms

Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue our services with reasonable notice to enrolled participants.

Terms Updates

These Terms may be updated periodically. We will notify users of material changes through:
